How long have you been in business?

Kathryn Frazier renovated and opened the Augusta Wine Country Inn in 1996.

Does our stay include breakfast?

The Gone With the Wind Breakfast features a specialty breakfast in the Tarta Dining Room on the First Floor of the house between 8:30 & 9:3 0. (Special earlier breakfast arrangements is available upon request). Coffee or tea is always available in the Rhett Butler Common Room.

Our current menu starts with coffee and juice and includes:

  • Fruit

  • Our Signature Dish “Stuffed French Toast”

  • Kathryn's Signature "Eggs Benedict” with an unusual twist

What is the check-in Process?

Guests may check-in at the Plantation Room of the August Wine Country Inn.  

How early can we check-in?

You will be greeted between 3:00 & 5:00 p.m. with a taste of wine.  Please call if you need different check-in arrangements.  Early check-in may also be available. 

 

What time is check-out?

Typically, it is 11:00 a.m. unless prior arrangements are made.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed.

Is smoking allowed?

We are a non-smoking property. The use of tobacco related products and E-cigarettes is not allowed in our B&B or on the surrounding grounds. We do not allow the burning of candles in our rooms or any part of our property.

What type of Mattresses are in the Suites?

The Augusta Wine Country Inn only uses the Highest Quality Restonic mattresses for maximum support and comfort.

Are Gift Certificates Available?

Absolutely!  Gift certificates are available for all of our suites and expire one year from date of issue.

Is Augusta Wine Country Inn available for groups, families or wedding parties?

Depending on your group size, we have several suites available at the Augusta Wine Country Inn.  We welcome groups, families, or wedding parties.

How far are you from the Katy Trail?

The Augusta Wine Country Inn is 4 blocks from the Katy Trail Head.

Are History Tours or Museums nearby?

A great place for Historic Tourism with nine private properties and a historic district (Walnut St.) listed on the National Historic Register. Augusta is a Certified Local Government (CLG). Interested? We are happy to share the history of Augusta and information about the Town Museum.

 

What other recreation or entertainment is near the Augusta Wine Country Inn?

The Katy Trail offers routes to Klondike Park, a St. Charles County gem - a great spot for a memorable picnic. Truly the place to appreciate nature’s beauty.
