Steal away to the elegantly restored two story home with scenic views on 1.5 acres. This home has often been referred to as "Tara" in the film, "Gone With the Wind." The Inn offers a relaxing getaway within walking distance to restaurants and is half of a block to Mt. Pleasant Estates Winery and the Augusta Winery.
Many guests enjoy taking a stroll on the Katy Trail or a bike ride to adventure further.

A private entrance leads to the 3 suites located on the second floor of the Inn.
Rooms feature a private bath, king bed (Rhett Butler Suite) or a queen bed (Miss Scarlett Suite or Miss Melanie Suite). Each suite offers cozy seating areas for private conversations.
Suites open to the Miss Nancy Parlor - Do ask about her... then expand to a delightful balcony which is furnished with unique wine barrel rocking chairs from the Ozarks.
Guests can enjoy the serenity of the Inn's location and often spend the day and evening on the Augusta Wine Country Inn's second story balcony.

Enjoy Margaret Mitchell Suite, an intimate three room jacuzzi suite with private entrance with sunset view. Suite features a queen bed, our much talked about Restonic mattress, also a comfortable relaxing area. Listen to music on the back deck or poolside.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend. The room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable that we hated to get out. We were so relaxed. Also, we got engaged. Miss Melanie was the perfect setting for our romantic getaway. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We took pictures of a spectacular sunset from the back of the B&B. They have the best views of the countryside in Augusta. We will be back.

There is a refrigerator for guest use with complimentary water. The Miss Nancy Parlor offers coffee and tea day and night. Guests routinely relax on the balcony and enjoy the music from Mt. Pleasant or the Augusta Wineries.
Find the "Secret Garden" designed for couples who may want to enjoy a different setting as they propose or celebrate a special occasion. There are several garden areas that bloom at various times of the season. Gardens are a continual work in progress.
The owner routinely photographs the magnificent sunsets. She suggests bringing your camera and hopefully the weather will cooperate!
